1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 7000bit website, mobile platform, games, betting services, promotional offers, and any other services provided by 7000bit (collectively, the "Services"). 2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on 7000bit. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all bonus balances forfeited. Deposits held in duplicate accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2.4 Identity Verification

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value, use of multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, or coordinated play with other accounts — will have their bonus balance forfeited, any related winnings voided, and their account reviewed for suspension.

5.5 Promotional Changes

7000bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where practicable. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), BPL, and T20 World Cup — are time-limited and subject to separate terms published at the time of each event.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on 7000bit — including cricket (BPL, Bangladesh Tigers, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by specific market rules available within the relevant betting section. In the event of a dispute, 7000bit's interpretation of the applicable market rules is final.

6.2 Void and Cancelled Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement deadline; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; there is clear evidence of match manipulation; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 and the stake is returned to the player's account.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on 7000bit are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 6.4 Technical Malfunctions

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 7000bit

7000bit reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; detection of a duplicate account; or where continued account activity is deemed to present a risk to the platform's integrity or to the player's welfare.

8.2 Account Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; players wishing to return to the platform must register a new account subject to full KYC re-verification.

8.3 Effects of Suspension

During a suspension period, the player will be unable to log in, place bets, deposit funds, or request withdrawals.
